A Motivation-based Analysis of the Teaching and Managing of Elective Courses

Abstract
The purpose of offering elective courses is to improve the comprehensive qualities of college students.However,for lack of motivation,the three concerned parties with elective courses——teachers,students and supporting staff——all feel different kinds of fatigue.A series of measures are suggested to improve the effect of elective courses so as to achieve the ultimate goal in setting these courses.
