Evaluation of China's Regional Innovation Ability and Development of Mid-China

Abstract
By constructing evaluation index system and using factor analysis,this paper evaluates regional evaluation ability of provinces and cities in China and finds out differences of regional innovation ability between mid-China and east,northeast and west China.Suggestions on improving regional innovation ability of six provinces in mid-China are proposed based on the comparison.
