Research on the Reform and Development Countermeasures of Higher Education in Linyi

Since 1998,the higher education in Linyi has achieved great success:education scale increased dramatically and school-running structure has been adjusted initially.Some problems appeared after that:the scale of higher education lay behind the requirement of the rapid development of economy and society and the education quality needs to be improved.The government of Linyi took corresponding optimization strategy of higher education structure to further perfect its system;implement improvement strategy to rapidly improve the quality and moderately expand the scale of higher education;construct higher education investment system in which provincial financial allocation as fiscal appreciation,municipal financial allocation and social donation as secondary to perfect the investment system of higher education to improve the rapid development of higher education.
