Abstract

According to safety law,enterprises must draft emergency plan for various potential major hazards. Considering deficiencies of enterprises' emergency plan,this article offers references for enterprises to design types of emergency plan and emergency command. It also specifies risk assessment and distribution of emergency function in the course of emergency planning.
