Abstract
Two stage experiments of controlled rolling and controlled cooling for ultra low carbon bainite(ULCD) were carried out in the laboratory.Mechanical properties were measured and microstructure characters were analyzed.Results show that strength of ULCB is higher,its average yield strength is up to 670MPa,elongation ratio and impact energy of ULCB is lower.Microstructure of ULCB consists of grainular bainite and bainite ferrite.Distinguished differences only exist at extremely temperature.It is unnecessary to differentiate them from the point of view of engineering measure.
