Abstract
The effect of cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of 20Mn2Si1VB bainite steel after austenization was studied in this paper.The results show that the average cooling rate of the bainite microstructure at 800℃~500℃ are 0 5℃/s~10 0℃/s.The component of granular bainite,carbide free bainite and low carbon lower bainite in the bainite varies with different cooling rate.However,the cooling rate has a little influence on the strength and the plastic behaviour.
