Abstract
The extraction of raffinose by using ethanol-water as solvent and the cottonseed meal produced by two-phase solvent extraction as a raw material was studied. On the basis of single-factor experiments, orthogonal experiments were carried out.The optimum processing parameters are as follows: concentration of aqueous alcohol 70%,extraction temperature(60℃),ratio of meal to solvent 1∶14(g/mL) and extraction time(150min).The highest extraction yield of 92.5% was obtained under the optimized processing conditions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
