Diagnostic value of Computed Tomography in Acute Abdomen Trauma

Abstract

Objective To explore the manifestations of computed tomography(CT)for acute abdomen traumas and evaluate the diagnostic value of CT.Methods 68 cases of abdomen traumas were studied retrospectly,Scanned scale covered diaphragmatic dome to inferior pole of kidney,The entire abdomen scan was performed on part patients,all cases had operations.The CT results were compared with the operation.Results Results of 64 of the 68 cases,who had surgical operations,Could match their CT diagnosis,The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 94.12%.The other 4 cases had injuries of blood vessel.Conclusion The CT has high diagnostic value in acute abdomen trauma,CT is one of the most important imaging tool for abdomen trauma diagnosing.
