CT diagnosis of abdomen wound and its clinical significance

Objective TO discuss the clinical of CT diagnosis of abdomen wound.Method 158 cases of abdomen wound were studied retrospectly.125 cases had strengthen scanning after CT examination.Scanned scale covered diaphragmatic dome to inferior pole of kidney,The entire abdomen scan was performed on patients,who had to check the intestinal tract and retroperitoneum.105 cases had operations and 53 patients took expectant treatment,Compared the treatment results with CT diagnosis.Result Resutls of 98 of the 105 cases,who had surgical operations,could match their CT diagnosis.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 93.33%.The other 7 cases had injuries of blood vessel.Conclusion CT is one of the most important imaging tool for abdomen wound diagnosing.We should make a reasonable use of different scanning techniques,and emphasize the combination of routine scan and enhanced scan.
