The status quo,problems and solutions of food safety supervision in China

Abstract

The status quo of food safety supervision is analyzed based on organization nature,inspection direction and geographical distribution in the paper.The problems of food safety supervision are also analyzed.The so-lutions of food safety supervision are put forward.One solution is to emphasis that food safety supervision should unify the powers and responsibilities.The second solution is to strengthen social responsibilities of food corporations.Another solution is to strengthen communication among consumer,food corporation and government.
