Abstract
Objective: To study the influence of hyperlipemia on acute pancreatits(AP)of rats during pregnancy. Methods: SD rats in pregnancy were randomly divided into the test group and the control group, fed for 16 days separately.Rats in pregnancy were given intraperitoneal injection with L-arginine for 2 times(the first time 250 mg/100 g,the second time 200 mg/100 g)at an interval of one hour. After the last injection, the mortality of rats in pregnancy within 48 hours calculated. The serum triglyceride(TG)、serum amylase(AMS)、lypase(LPS)from blood samples and wet/dry ratio of pancreas were tested at the point of 0、12、24 and 48 hours. The pancreatic histopathological score based on microscopic changes was evaluated. The expression of Bax protein was determined by SP immunohistohemical technique. Results: After the last injection, the mortality of the test group was 8.3%,but 0.0% of the control group. The level of TG in the test group was higher than that of the control group.AMS、LPS in the test group peaked at 24-and 12-hour individually while AMS、LPS in the control group both peaked at 24-hour and lower than that of the test group obviously(P0.05).Compared with the control group, the wet/dry ratio of pancreas of test group increased at 12-and 24-hour(P0.05).The pathological changes of pancreas of test group were more serious and the pancreatic histopathological score was also higher, with the expression of the Bax protein serious, too. Conclusion: L-Arg-induced-AP during pregnancy would appear ahead of schedule becasuse of hyperlipemia.Bax gene may contribute to acinar cell apoptosis and reduce the severity of AP.
