Abstract
Atrazine in water was extracted by dichloromethane and determined by Ultra high pressure liquid chromatography. The mobile phase was methanol-water(60∶40) with 225nm detection wavelength and 0.300 ml/min flow rate, and the column temperature was 28 ℃.The results showed that the detection limit was 0.05μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.173%-1.874%.Recoveries were between 86.0% to 100%,This method fulfilled the requirement of environmental monitoring and could be used for the trace detection of Atrazine in water environment.
