Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relative factor of oligohydramnios,the diagnostic standard of B-ultrasonography, the effect on neonatal outcome and the corrective treatment. Methods:90 cases with oligohydramnios were clinically analysed. Results:When oligohydramnios was defined as an amniotic fluid index ≤8㎝,the sensitivity was 0.84 and the specificity was 0.83. When oligohydramnios was defined as an amniotic fluid index 9㎝,the sensitivity was 0.96 and the specificity was 0.56. Pregnancy-induced hypertension and IUGR in oligohydramnios group were significantly higher than those in normal amniotic fluid group(P0.05). Post expected date of confinement pregnancies, meconium-stained amniotic fluid and fetal distress in oligohydiamnios group were significantly higher than those in normal amniotic fluid group (P0.01). Conclusion:The diagnostic standard of B-ultrasonography of oligohydramnios which oligohydramnios was defined as an amniotic fluid index ≤8㎝ was optimal ,the sensitivity and the specificity were right . There is close relationship between the occrrrence of oligohydramnios and post expected date of confinement pregnancies, pregnancy induced hypertension and IUGR. Once oligohydramnios is diagnosed ,cesarean section should be considered when necessary.
