Abstract

Clinical detection based on genetic amplification is one of the most valuable tools in bioscience, which had been proved to be applicable in detection of clinical microbes, infectious diseases and gene diagnosis.Limitation on traditional detection methods posed significant obstacles for their broad application.A novel nucleic acid amplification method, designated loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),known as a rapid,low-cost,easy operating, highly sensitive and specific detection method, had been reported and applied in the field of bacteriological detection. In future,it's convinced LAMP will replace PCR assays, contributing to more rapid, simple, specific and accurate detection methods.
