Abstract
Objective To observe the change of NT-proBNP and the relationship with prognosis in patients with AMI.Methods Recorded age,sex,NT-proBNP,ECG change, treatment and prognosis in 104 patients with AMI,devided them into STEMI group and NSTEMI group,The levels of NT-proBNP was studied in order to finder out the relationship between NT-proBNP and short-term prognosis. Results The levels of NT-proBNP was associated with the grades of cardiac function(r=0.522,P0.01).In same Killip grades, the levels of NT-proBNP and the short-term prognosis had no significant difference between the STEMI group and the NSTEMI group(P0.05).For 104 patients, the levels of NT-proBNP in the patients with cardiovascular events were higher than those without events(P0.01).The cut-off value of NT-proBNP was at 327.40 pg/ml(AUC=0.851,sensitivity 94%,specificity 55%),at 5621.00 pg/ml(sensitivity 37%,specificity 96%) in patients with cardiovascular events. Conclusions The levels of NT-proBNP is associated with short-term prognosis in patients with AMI,the prediction value is same in two type of AMI.The risk of cardiovascular events is lower in patients with normal reference value range of NT-proBNP.
