Abstract
This paper,through examining wave length,pH value of mobile phase,the mobile phase composition and column temperature,etc.,has established the RP-HPLC determination method of ginkgolic acids.The sample can be directly analyzed by HPLC after the pretreatment.The recovery is 96.50%-101.67%,RSD(n=5) is 1.50%;linear range is from 0.518μg to 9.897μg(correlation coefficient r=0.9998),and the lowest examination limits is 6.7ng.The method is simple and accurate and has wider linear range.
