Abstract
The paper proposes necessity of management of construction project's quality,concludes problems that exist in present management of construction project quality,at the same time,it also proposes relative solving methods,and points out opinion of giving prominence to action supervision,assuring the project quality,so as to lead the project quality supervision management rules to standard.
