The influence of Ulinastatin Injection for severe acute pancreatitis patients of serum TNF alpha,IL-10

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of Ulinastatin Injection for severe acute pancreatitis patients of serum TNF alpha,IL-10.Methods Forty cases of severe acute pancreatitis from June 2007 to April 2011 in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given the routine treatment,the treatment group was given Ulinastatin Injection treatment on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,TNF alpha,IL-10 changes of two groups were compared.Results Thirteen cases were healed,4 cases were effective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 85.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group (P 0.05).And the TNF alpha,IL-10 in the treatment group were improved significantly,which was better than 70.0% in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin Injection can inhibit the TNF alpha secretion,raise IL-10,which is effective for treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
