Analysis of the influence of health education on the controlling effect of hypertension in community

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of health education on the controlling effect of hypertension in community. Method 92 cases of hypertension in our community selected as the study object,all cases were given conventional antihypertensive drug treatment,and given health education intervention,blood pressure controlling situation before and after the intervention was observed. Results After intervention,the SBP and DBP of all cases were decreased significantly compared with before,there was significant difference between the groups( P 0. 05),patient's blood pressure had been effectively controlled after the intervention. Conclusion Health education intervention can control blood pressure level effectively in patients with hypertension in community.
