Application effect of high quality of nursing care in children with bronchial pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of high quality of nursing care in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 100 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given the high quality of nursing care.The pulmonary function of two groups before and after nursing intervention was observed,the therapeutic effect in two groups was evaluated. Results The level of FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group after intervention compared with those in control group after intervention,there was significant difference(P0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion The high quality of nursing care can helpful to improve lung function in children with bronchial pneumonia,and improve the clinical treatment effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
