Two Issues on the Socialist Construction of Political Civilization

The socialist construction of political civilization is essentially the construction of democratic politics. The authority of the Constitution, the core and basis for the modern democratic politics, is the guarantee of democratic election, democratic policy decision, democratic administration and democratic supervision. Without it, there is no modern democratic politics. Besides, we should strength the awareness that public officers are public servants, which is important condition for the socialist construction of political civilization. The public officers can not make good use of people's right and lead people into the socialist construction of political civilization unless they fully realize their status of public servants.
