Reflections on and Reconstruction ofthe Legal System of Environmental Right of China’s Citizens

Abstract

There is no clear definition of the environment right in the environment law system in China,and a scientific and complete system of the environment right has yet to be established.Based on the concepts of putting people first and the sustainable development,this paper clarifies the meaning of the environment right and its basic content,and it also proposes the reconstruction of our country’s environment right system.
