The Clinical Study of Kang Ning Capsule in Reducing Liver Fibrosis

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of Kang Ning Capsule in reducing liver fibrosis. Method:The treatment group included 102 cases and the control group 78 cases.The serum hyaluronic acid(HA),Laminin(L),human procollagen Ⅲ(PC Ⅲ) and Ⅳ from both groups were determined and compared. Result:The decreases of serum HA, L,PC Ⅲ and PC Ⅳ in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group. Conclusion:Kang Ning Capsule can reduce the liver fibrosis when used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
