Abstract
Objective: To observe influences of anti- fibrosis capsule on hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was regularly treated with drugs for maintaining liver and reducing enzyme.and the treatment group was given the anti- fibrosis capsules on the base of regularly maintaining liver and reducing enzyme, Both lasted three months. Before and after treatment, serum markers of hepatic fibrosis (HA, LN, PCⅢ, C-IV) were determined respectively. Results: Serum markers of hepatic fibrosis in the treatment group dropped much, comparing those of the treatment group, and the difference had prominent significance ( P 0.05). Conclusion: The anti- fibrosis capsule can reduce and resist fibrosis of liver in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
