Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents from Gentianopsis paludosa.METHODS Column chromatogrophy and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents, respectively.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as triacon-tanol(Ⅰ), oleanolic acid(Ⅱ), ursolic acid(Ⅲ) ,1-hydroxyoleanolic acid(Ⅳ) , kaneric acid (Ⅴ), luteolin(Ⅵ), luteolin-7- O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅴ) ,7,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone -1-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ are isolated from the plant for the first time. In addition, the compound Ⅷ, Ⅴ and Ⅳ are isolated from Gentianopsis, Gentianaceae and natural product for the first time, respectively.
