Abstract

The study basis of the Old Chinese phonology is feet of Book of Songs, but the proposition that Book of Songs is rhyme has not been verified. This paper displays the last words from the verses, the frequency of meeting-word group, and Chi-square test, to prove that they hardly met each other at random, also the co-occurring is pronunciation based. Therefore, Book of Songs is rhyme.
