Abstract
This article is analyzed the relationship between enzymatic activity and breathing intensity in soil at different fertilization treatment of tomato in early spring. The result shown as following:soil respiration intensity in fertilization is more active than that of comparison, and sucrase activity and phosphatase activity are more active than that of comparison in seedling stage and fruiting and harvest period, and sucrase activity is not identical in fruiting, and phosphatase activity by using manure is activer than comparison in fruiting, and urease activity by using organic fertilizer is more active than that of comparison, moreover urease activity is more active with procreating period delay, and catalase activity are more active than comparison by using manure and chemical fertilizer + manure outside the roots.
