Abstract
By examining ticket income,advertising sponsorship and TV broadcast of professional football clubs,this paper has made effort to compare and analyze the differences lying in Chinese and British professional football clubs in terms of market operation and management,and ventured to propose that Chinese professional football clubs should observe the rules of market economy,and follow the advanced conceptions of management and service established by British professional football clubs,so as to improve the management ability of Chinese professional football clubs.
