Thermal State Analysis of Tundish and Baking Technique Optimization

Abstract
In order to study the hot state of the tundish,the digital sampling temperature measuring equipment was developed.According to the measured temperature of tundish liner,the termal states of drying,baking and casting for tundish liner were analyzed.The effect of heating time,gas comsuption and baking of tundish on the molten steel temperature fluctuation in tundish was studied.The optimal curve of tundish baking was realized.
