Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of fluvatation on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and C reactive protein(CRP) in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 53 patients with ACS were randomly divided into observation group(n=27) and control group(n=26).The levels of MMP-9 and CRP were determined at pretherapy and four weeks after the treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of CPR and MMP-9 between two groups(P0.05);after treatment,the CPR and MMP-9 levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment(P0.05,P0.01);after treatment,the CPR and MMP-9 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Fluvatation can decrease the levels of CRP and MMP-9 in patients with ACS.
