Abstract
This experiment described the separation of strains that could produce protease.Three strains, designated as R1,R2 and R3 respectively, showed high protease activity was screened from the soil then the second round screening was performed and R1 was determined to have the highest activity, relatively.By determining the relative enzyme activity, the optimal temperature and pH was 30℃ and 9,respectively.The enzyme activity that the strain produced was up to 246.8U/ml.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
