Abstract
Objective To evaluate the sensitive and accuracy of ELISA, TPPA and RPR methods in diagnosis of treponemal infection. Methods The serun from 60 syphilis patienes were detected by ELISA, TPPA and RPR methods. Results The positiverate detected by ELISA, TPPA and RPR methods were 96.67%, 98.33% and 66.67%. Conclusion ELISA was evidented with a high sensitive and a high specific serological method in diagnosis of treponemal infection.
