Analysis of the Present Situation of the Floating Population of Anhui Province

Abstract
The population floating and migration are typical phenomena in the process of urbanization of China,which has promoted the change of social structure,the adjustment on interests and the change of the system of social organization.The total amount of the floating population is 245 million at the end of 2013.The floating population of Anhui Province is 16.974 9 million accounting for a quarter of the total population in the province.New changes in population floating and migration have taken place in Anhui province at present stage.The changes are shifting from one-way concentration of the southeast coast to multi directions and floating from the individual migrant workers to core family as a whole,thus enhancing the stability of the floating population.The floating population of the new generation born in the 80 s and 90 s become the main forces in the society and are shifting from survival to development.
