Abstract
Objective:To establish a rapid, accurate method detection microcystin-LR in drinking water. Methods:Using the m/z 498.4/135.0 for ions to establish the MRM method. After the water boil 30 minutes, using C18 solid phase extraction column to extract and purify then using 5 ml 0.1% formic acid methanol solution to elute, dried by nitrogen then constant volume to 1ml,pass the 0.22μm membrane then determination on the machine. Results:After optimization,pre-processing time only 4 hours. The minimum detection limit is 0.004 μg/L,the linear equation: Y=2.13e+003X+9.09,the correlation coefficient is 0.9996,the recovery rate is in the range of 75.8%~104.5,the average recovery rate is 86.3%,RSD 3.5%(n=6).Conclusion:This method can rapidly and accurately detect microcystin-LR in drinking water.
