Abstract
The information technology development accelerates the development of new modes of the digital urban planning system. The main technologies of the digital urban planning system consist of the following: ①the application of GIS in spatial data updating instead of traditional surveying software technology, ②The integration of workflow technology and Internet GIS/Component GIS in urban planning information system, ③the application of time GIS in the digital urban planning system.
