Abstract
Sixty-five Chrysanthemum cultivars were analyzed. The genetic diversity.Six pairs of primer combinations generated 244 bands in total,in which 178 bands were polymorphic. The average percentage of polymorphic bands was 72.95%.Cluster analyses by UPGMA showed that there were close genetic relationships among cultivars of the same petal type.Their origin was correlated with the analysis cluster results at a certain level. But the flower color had no clear pertinence with the cluster results.
