Abstract
Through indoor compaction test, the maximum dry density of soil and the optimum moisture content can be measured, which can provide the basis for compaction test, control the compaction quality of filling soil and guarantee the quality of the project can achieve the requirement of the specification. With different soils and different operation method, the results of the compaction test are different.Combined with the earth material properties of Miaowei hydropower station yard, through comparing the difference between particle concentration and limit moisture content, this article analyzed the change rule of compaction curve.
