Abstract

In order to guarantee the quality of sports talents in these application-oriented institutions,and based on the need of social development,it is essential to furtherly change the teaching concepts,innovate new talent training mode,deepen the education reform and construct talent cultivating system appropriate to sports cause,local economy and social development.
