Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tiopronin in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods 392 patients with alcoholic fatty liver admitted to the hospital from January 2010 and January 2015 were included and randomly divided into two groups. The 196 patients in control group were treated with hugan tablets and 21super-vita, while the other196 in the observation group were treated with tiopronin. The clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results Statistics showed that the effective rate was 96.9% in the observation group and 65.3% in the control group, and the difference between them were statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion Tiopronin in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver shows satisfactory clinical effect and high safety.
