Abstract
[Objective]To optimize the extraction technique for polysaccharide from waste tea. [Method]With green tea fragments as raw material, through single-factor test, the effects of temperature,solid-liquid ratio, time, times on tea polysaccharide extraction were investigated. The orthogonal test was applied to study the optimal technique conditions. [Result]Experiments show that the optimal extraction conditions are: the material liquid ratio: 1∶10 g /ml,temperature 85 ℃,extraction time 100 min for 3 times, under the above conditions, the extraction rate tea polysaccharide is 93. 82%. [Conclusion]The study can provide reference basis for comprehensive utilization of tea fragments.
