Abstract

Objective In order to study the anthelmintic resistance of Trichostrongylidae nematodes in the parts of Inner Mongolia. Methods The larval development assay was used to detect the anthelmintic resistance of Trichostrongylidae nematodes. Results The LD_(50) average values of ivermectin and albendazole were 0.0 039 μg/mL and 0.0 052 μg/mL,the largest values were 0.0 055 μg/mL and 0.0 085 μg/mL respectively in Tuyouqi;and the LD_(50) average values were 0.0 034 μg/mL and 0.0 036 μg/mL,the largest values is 0.0078 μg/mL and 0.011 μg/mL in Daqi. The albendazole largest LD_(50) values of two districts were obviously lower compared with the benzimidazoles LD_(50) value of the resistance strain in Ningxia. Conclusion It indicated that the detected trichostrongylidae nematodes had not got a resistance to above anthelmintics in those districts of Inner Mongolia.
