s: Along with water resources crisis expanding, each country is searching for the effectual approaches of solving water shortage in agriculture production. Developing water saving agriculture is an important way. Many research production and successful examples had been obtained, including management policy, engineering water-saving; new water sources exploitation; comprehensive agricultural water-saving; biological water saving,etc.
