Current Status of Secondary Vocational Students' Employment and Strategies of Promoting Good Quality Employment——Case Study of Taizhou

Abstract

Vocational education is employment-oriented,which requires we make increasing employment rate and employment quality as the goal,the quality market expects of talents as starting point and ultimate goal.Therefore,this paper analyzes Taizhou's secondary vocational graduates'employment situation in recent years and features of secondary vocational education,and mainly discusses the strategies of improving secondary vocational graduates'employment rate and employment quality in order to further promote the development of secondary vocational education.
