Abstract
From the individual employer position,papers divide into three mutual and interactive stages which is the process of how to promote employment effectively by vocational education,namely the school system approaching to employment,vocational guidance and the employment assistance activities of vocational intermediary organizations,as well the additional training conducted by enterprise for school graduates.Comparing with Japan and German,how to promote employment by vocational education is an issue from the institutional and policy level to confer,combined with the possibility in our schools promoting employment to definite in the relationship between vocational education and employment.
