Two kinds of management systems in financial circles and the choice of China

Abstract
The difference between two kinds of management modes,separate operation and mixed operation,is mainly due to people’s different views about two issues of risk and efficiency.The current practice of separate operation in China is a choice restrained by real condition.The future reforms should adopt the progressive strategy,taking financial holding company as the carrier of mixed operation and realizing the limited mixed operation.
