The Study of Enterprise Core Competitiveness of the Future Based on Synergetics

this paper discusses the problem of rigid and sustainability of core ability in enterprise.Using synergetics,we analyze the cause of the problem;it is that the present core competitive ability does not produce synergy effect.So,this paper puts forward the concept of future core competence of enterprise,and the relationship between it and the present core competitive ability is analyzed,the former is the order parameter of the latter in evolution of synergetics state.During the enterprise evolution process,the present core competitive ability is dominated by the future core competitive ability as slow variables in the critical point,or critical state.This paper studies the self similarity phenomena of the whole enterprise system and the relationship between them and order parameters.
