Pediatric IgA Nephropathy Ascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Its Receptor Expression

Abstract

Objective To explore the children in the kidney tissues IgA nephropathy vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and its receptor VEGF2R2(flk21) expressing,and its expression level and the relevant analysis of clinical pathological changes.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method.Results In flk21 glomerular inside VEGF and moderate lesions group most,severe glomerular expressed in the least,two lesions group expression compared,differences of a statistically significant(P0.05).Light,medium lesions group within the glomerulus with urinary protein content express VEGF positively related(P0.05).Glomerular VEGF expression and positively correlated glomerular capillary density(P0.05),adanced lesions glomerular microvessel density significantly reduce group(P0.05).Conclusion This study shows that VEGF the onset of pediatric IgA nephropathy in progress plays an important role in the process,and its mechanism have extracellular matrix synthesis increase,endothelial cells permeability increase,angiogenesis,obstacles and so on.
