Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining puerarin and paeoniflorin in Dange Jingshu Capsules.METHODS HPLC method was adopted.Elite C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column and water-methanol-acetonitrile(76∶12∶12) as mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The calibration curve of puerarin and paeoniflorin showed good correlation in the ranges of 0.51-2.56 μg and 0.30-1.50 μg(r = 0.9999 and 0.9997),respectively.The average recoveries was 99.3% for puerarin (RSD = 0.94% ,n = 6)and 100.2% for paeoniflorin(RSD = 0.97% ,n = 6),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Dange Jingshu capsule.
