Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical effect of acupuncture combined withrehabilitation training for apoplectic sequela.Methods:One-hundred and ninety-four patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The control group was treated with routine medicinal treatment alone. One treatment course covered ten times of treatment. After four courses the effect was evaluated. Results:The total effective rate was 93.81% in the treatment group and was 79.38% in the control group, the difference being significant(P 0.05).The difference of activities of daily life(ADL) in both groups was significant before and after treatment(P 0.001).The difference of increase of ADL was significant between the two groups(P 0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has certain effect for apoplectic sequela.
