Research of Stress Sources of Teachers in Primary & Middle Schools

349 primary and middle school teachers who take part in short-term training in Yinchuan from Ningxia as subjects were investigated as for their vocational stress. The results show that 55%of the primary and middle school teachers consider that their work stress feels heavy or rather heavy. The three major stress sources the primary and middle school teachers are faced with include workload, students' factor and requirement for self development. In terms of students' factor and interpersonal factor of parents, female teachers have more stress and challenge than male teachers, and as for the factor of workload and requirement for self development, middle school teachers have more stress and challenge than primary school teachers.
